Written by  Peter Bui

Eat Green DesignCreated by Cilla Maden of collaborate, Eat Green Design is a sustainable temporary exhibition, restaurant and theatrette, hosting diners, guest speakers, and the latest 'green' products from 1 to 12 August. This networking and hospitality hub will emphasize building awareness on all levels about sustainable consumption. Eat Green Design acts as a springboard for sustainable awareness to stretch the perception of what ‘sustainability’ means, challenging people to look at the different layers of sustainability and nurturing education and involvement beyond awareness.
